Yep, it’s roasted right here inside the bakery.

We started Good Monday because coffee is a huge part of daily life at Homestead. From powering our early morning bread shaping to serving alongside pastries and breakfast sandwiches, it’s something we take seriously. But we don’t believe good coffee has to be complicated. It just has to be fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and roasted with care.

What Makes Good Monday Special?

Good Monday focuses on single origin coffees, which means each bag of beans comes from a specific farm or region. No blends, no filler, no guessing. Just really great coffee that reflects where it came from.

We rotate through a small, curated lineup of seasonal coffees—some bright and fruity, others cozy and chocolatey. Every bean is roasted in small batches right inside the bakery, allowing us to highlight what makes each one unique.
