We use local and organic ingredients in our fresh baking because we care about the products we provide.

We source ingredients from local suppliers and base our menu on seasonal availability of local products. Some of our local suppliers include; Adam’s Honey, Barrie Olive Oil Company, Willaims Maple Syrup, Creemore Coffee Company, Farmgate Fresh, Flying Monkey’s Brewery, K2 Milling, Loon Song, McBride’s Organic Farm, P& H Milling and Sheldon Creek Dairy.
